How fast & strong are you? Do you want to see how you improve in a short period of time? Then our upcoming competition the NOW Run & Lift Games are for you.
We measure your success and make your progress and results visible! 💥💪
Over three weeks, you will prepare for the big day together with other participants. Save the date for you and your workout buddy Saturday July 27th, 1-3pm at NOW and start to train. Our preparation sessions are RUN & LIFT Full Body from this week onwards until Thursday July 25th:

Sa 9.15 with Phil
In those sessions we will train the specific strength exercises (see below) and exact running distance (1km) so you can measure yourself before the Games. However all Run & Lift Sessions prepare you for the big day. 🏋️🏃♂️
